Poor customer service
I went to fill my prescription for contact lenses and discovered the prescription has expired the day before. I called the office from the store and requested that Dr. Wichnoski fax over a prescription so that I could get 1 box as I was leaving town for vacation. He refused. He offered for me to go to his office and pick up contacts there to get me through until he could see me. I did not have time, nor did I understand the reason why he could not fax over a prescription allowing me to purchase 1 box - that I would have had no problem getting just the day before. I asked to talk with him directly, and after some delay, I was told he was with a patient and could not come to the phone. I have found a new eye doctor.
