Put it in writting What a joke! by Elizabeth P. at InsiderPages
Simply putting it in writing doesn't mean much to Seabreeze Pools. We thought we had done everything right. Our contract was clear and as an extra precaution, an Install date and Completion Date was initialed by both parties. Needless to say, the dates came and went. The pool was installed almost 3 weeks after the date promised. This might not seem like a big deal, but with 2 young boys, those were the longest weeks of our lives. Phone calls to Seabreeze, when they were answered, got you no where. They knew other companies were booked solid (early spring) and we would either wait for them or miss the pool season all together. This is a family owned business. The installer, the salesmen, owner and even the tanning salon operator, are all related. If you do have a problem, they're going to stick together. You're out of luck, out of money, and for a while, without a pool. Use EXTREME caution when dealing with this company. They'll be your best friend UNTIL they cash your check. One additional thing: We payed top dollar for the pump and filter only to find out it was a DISCONTINUED model! BUYER BEWARE!!
