Marrie was the best technician ever. Courteous and most pleasant. Got the drain unclogged in minutes. Called in a.m. And the job was done in less than an hour. Have used Roto-rooter many times, even on a Christmas eve and they were awesome, spent three hours and were as gracious as ever. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

Roto-Rooter Ronnie to the Rescue
I was having a terrible odor coming from my new bathroom addition. I waited hoping it would just "dry up" or what ever and go away. No such luck' . I knew from experience to get a plumber that was knowledgeable so my hero Ronnie from Charlotte saved the day. he calmly assessd the problem and patiently explaned what had to be corrected. New vent pipe and then horrible drip from under house sewage pipes. I was so pleased with his patience, attitude and aptitude. A new RotoRooter customer is born for all plumbing needs in the future!

My experience with Roter Rooter was great.The service was done very professional and handled in a very timely matter. Time was a necessity to me i had water everywhere and they came and took care of me within a half an hour. I dealt with a number of plumbing co. and iv'e learned you get what you pay for. I am A Roter Rooter customer from now on.
