My eye exam consisted of three visits; one for my exam, one for a contact fitting, and finally to pick up my glasses. All three were bad. The eye exam was a big push to pay for a bunch of extra tests and extra features on my glasses. The fitting was a waste of time. When I picked up the glasses I was immediately disappointed as they were thick as coke bottles even though I paid extra for the condensed lense. They are twice as thick as my old glasses even though they are only very slightly stronger. When I questioned it, the girl couldn't find my file so she guessed it was b/c of the stronger prescription. She tried to get me to leave the glasses until she could find the chart so I could make yet a fourth trip back. Dr. Dudley wasn't very personable and actually came across as condescending and pushy. I will never go back there. Sorry I wasted my one insured visit per year and $300. All I got was glasses that I have no desire to wear. No one even checked to make sure they fit properly when I picked them up.
