Took a cab from ORD to Rogers Park. The cab driver swerved in and out of traffic going 95+ mph, tailgated other cars and repeatedly slammed on the brakes. I spoke up and requested that he slow down b/c I was getting sick to my stomach. The cab driver said, "this is a special cab for Rogers Park customers". He was pissed at us b/c we were going to RP instead of downtown and he said he maked more $$ from downtown customers. He was a complete a**hole.‎

This taxi service is a scam. I know several people, including myself, that got double, and even triple charged for the same cab ride. When you call in, the staff claims there is nothing they can do about it. Do yourself a favor and never use this service.‎

I am soooo impressed!! I took a cab with my little 3 year old daughter from ohare to my house in the burbs last night and forgot my carryon bag in the cab, with a TON of important stuff in it, and of course i had no idea of the name of the cab company, the driver, nothing, so i was sure it was a lost cause... and then the driver came back tonight all the way back to my house to give it back to me!!! I am soooo happy! i didn't have any cash on me for a tip/gift, but you can be sure i'm finding out who this wonderful man is and am making his kindness pay off!! Thanks!

I thought that the driver was extremely courteous. Maybe I was lucky but he was polite and did not pick up his call when his phone rang. I would call them again for another ride
