Never saw assigned service person. Employee got my name wrong and wouldn't fix it. They never called to say car was ready. I asked how the suspension felt when they drove it, the employee responded: We didn't test drive it. You should've told your assigned service person when you left it. This was the same employee that convinced me to do the $75 checkup by saying that it included the drive test. They do the test drive. I pick up the car. They didn't do the complimentary wash. The paperwork is not in the car. No one is in line but I wait for 1 of 2 cashiers to stop chatting. She says she only takes money. I went back to the employee to insist that he provide paperwork. UPDATE: Customer service rep gave me a refund so I revised ratings.
