Not attentive enough to situation at Real Estate closing
At the closing he was aware that all work had not been completed and that I, the buyer, was giving the seller an extra 10 days to remove items from the barn and surrounding land. We had to add this to the contracts while at his office for the closing.

He should have suggested some of the proceeds be escrowed to insure the removal. The seller removed what they wanted but left all the trash, piles of lumber, old building materials etc.
I am now (after 3 months of trying to get these removed) having to engage another attorney to take legal action against the seller under the terms of the sale to force them to do as they are obligated.
Mr. Folks cannot handle this because he represented both sides at the closing.
Cons: Didn't make necessary changes due to circumstances being discussed
