Very unhappy customer
Salesman could not have been nicer. Down hill fast from there. Late and missed appointments. Numerous problems with quality of the product and installers. At least 4 different delivery dates. Different installers and no one knew what the others had done. Holes put in walls by the installers and never fixed. Promises to take care of all the problems. My 25 year old laminate counter tops looked better than the granite. Save your time, money, and aggravation and go somewhere else.

Beautiful Granite, Amazing Service,...‎
I just had my new granite installed in my kitchen today. I was a bit concerned when I had read reviews, but I had a friend who recently had used Cutting Edge and loved their service. Our experience has been FANTASTIC the whole way through the process, and I'm super picky. Our sales rep, Colleen, was wonderful to work with. Both the templating and installation appointments were exactly on time, and I mean to the minute. After the templates were created, we went to the Largo location to lay the templates over the granite so that we could choose how we wanted the granite design to flow, and it was a lot of fun. The installers just finished and I'm truly amazed at how perfect the countertops and backsplashes look. I highly recommend Cutting Edge!!!‎

Go somewhere else‎
Initially, I had a good impression about Cutting Edge Granite. Was in the store looking at countertops, requested an estimate, all was going well. Was on the fence about who to use and pursuing options, when I got an email from the owner, that sealed the deal. It was the personal attention, appearance of a strong desire to earn my business and a commitment to customer satisfaction, that made me sure I was making the right decision. Unfortunately, the only good thing I can say about Cutting Edge Granite at this point, is their staff is friendly. There was no follow-up whatsoever from the sales person, ie. even with the initial measuring for the estimate, I had to call to find out what time they were coming on the day of... it then became evident the sales person gave me a date, but did not schedule internally. That example is consistent with my entire experience every step of the way, for both the countertop and backsplash, which were installed separately. As a working professional, ...

Terrible customer service‎
We remodeled our kitchen and bathroom with new granite countertops from Cutting Edge in Largo, Fl. The product looks good, but the customer service was terrible. They quoted a price, we paid in advance, but when they came to deliver they said they needed $400 more to install the island countertop, if we did not pay they would cut the granite slab in 2 pieces and have a seam down the middle. During installation they damaged four (4) doors of the lower cabinets and then dropped tools on our hardwood flooring causing three (3) large gouges. The installation of the bathroom countertop was a nightmare. After taking the day off work to be there for them to install, they called to reschedule for the following Friday afternoon. By 5 pm I had not heard or seen them. So after many phone calls they showed up at 7 pm. The men were tired and wanted to get home. In the end, the bathroom backsplash was installed upside down. After weeks of leaving messages for the customer service manager with ...

Buyer Beware Horrible Product Bad Service‎
I was in the market to remodel my kitchen and I found Cutting Edge Granite from a magazine. When I visited their store on Dale Mabry the sales people were friendly and helped me with selecting products which looked great at the time. They talked so highly about the way their cabinets were made and said they were American made and how the cabinets were "built to last". The granite was also talked up with the sales pitch of how experienced their measures were and how they processed their countertops. Sounds great right? After depositing over $8000 and thinking I made a great choice I received a phone call saying that the cabinets I selected were back ordered and they wanted to know if they could start half the job and by the time they got done the tall pantry cabinet would be available. So they started. Day one they were extremely late and ended up doing more damage then I expected which lead to more cost. They said they would be back the following day and start the cabinet ...
