Not only are they personable, efficient and friendly, they are masters of the craft of locksmith. Good human beings work here. Trustworthy and great craftsmanship. It was the high point of my day dealing with these guys. This place makes Charlotte City proud.

super nice guy.
My purse was stolen and I needed to replace everything - including both locks to my front door and my mail key. Obviously wanted to get this done ASAP. Charlotte Locksmith came out this morning (Sunday) within a half hour and I couldn't be more at ease. He replaced everything, it didn't break the bank and he was just an all around super nice guy.

We needed locks changed quickly and called about 10 PM. Phone answered by live person who said someone would be there within 30 minutes. About 20 minutes later, locksmith was at our home. He tried to re-key existing locks before replacing them. Very impressed with his effort, honesty and responsiveness. Would highly recommend them to friends, family & neighbors.
