Great place to take your pet and you will be reassured when you walk in to a friendly inviting atmosphere with staff who truly cares about animals and it shows...

We take our Beagles to Dr. Kevin and found him to be extremely gentle and caring with them. He handles our pets like he's taking care of human babies. Dr. Kevin is obviously in the right profession. I've taken animals to other vets and there is no similarity. The others were rough and uncaring; the opposite is true here. I've seen Dr. Kevin interact with his own children and children of others and he treats animals in the same meek, mild, and respectful manner. The staff at the office have always been caring and are very professional. If someone feels "wronged" by this practice, take it up with your offender and don't slander a great professional like Dr. Kevin Jones.

I love this place, Dr. Kevin Jones has been so helpful since finding out that our 10 year old lab Ubu is experiencing liver failure-I can not tell you how important this animal is to our family. she is my best friend.
Dr. Jones has been very informative on what to look for as she nears the end, he has taken the time to talk with me, he was there on the weekend to provide us with liver specific food for Ubu. He is very caring and always puts me at ease when talking of Ubu's sickness. I will continue to take our Black Lab to Dr. Jones, the dogs love him and thats all that counts--as far as the financial part-you can not put a budget on your pets welfare. I would HIGHLY recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone who has animals.

The one-star rating is VERY puzzling becuase if anyone could witness how they have lovingly taken care of our three "kids" (adoraable cats), it would be impressive and then some. They are hand-holding compassionate, gentle as can be and patiently understanding. In our 9-plus years with them, I can only consider them as a model veterinary agency.

Both Dr. Joneses - the elder (owner) and his son - are outstanding examples of professionals in their field. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone with "non-human family members". Dr. Kathy Halada is also an awesome professional! (I know of but one finer 'vet' in the area and she has retired.)

In fact, the entire staff at Animal Hospital of Cornelius (NC) are SO professional and care SO much about both pet and owner that they will recommend "patients" to extreme veterinary specialists in the Charlotte area if they realize they're not able to diagnose something accurately or treat it properly (oncology issues, for example).

That certainly "flies in the face" of the claim that they are nothing but a money machine.

I don't take my "kids" to the doctor because of the lowest price; I'm after their best healthcare.

I have been a client of the Animal Hospital of Cornelius for over seven years. They have become increasingly worse over the past five years. There are a couple of good vets there...however, outside of these caring individuals the practice is NOT concerned with the animals...only the profits.
I have three dogs - and have been a great client for years. I left because of the office manager PAM and the vet owner Dr. Jones. TERRIBLE BUSINESS...BEWARE.

There are so many other good vets to choose from. Stay away from this clinic. It is a money machine.
